PACKAGE TYPE LIFT STATIONS

Package type lift stations are compact, pre-fabricated pump systems used to transport wastewater to a higher point when gravity flow is not possible (e.g., in areas with elevation differences). These systems are manufactured as a complete unit with all equipment and delivered to the site ready for installation (plug-and-play).

BİYOSİS can optionally manufacture package lift stations with solid separators.
Components of a Package Lift Station:

Used to pump the wastewater (can be submersible or dry type)
Usually selected as 1 duty + 1 standby pump
Lift Tank (Chamber)
A sealed chamber where wastewater accumulates and pumps are activated
Typically made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester (GRP), polyethylene, or stainless steel
Level Control Systems
Float switches, level sensors, or ultrasonic sensors used for pump start/stop control
Control Panel (Electrical Automation)
Provides pump control, alarm management, and automation
Optional GSM modem, remote monitoring, and SCADA integration
Ventilation and Odor Removal System
Includes a carbon-filtered ventilation system to prevent odor formation
Maintenance Cover and Inlet/Outlet Connections
Top cover and pipe connection nozzles for easy maintenance
